The analytical⁄ semi–prep supercritical fluid chromatography system (Semi–Prep Investigator II) marries the power of the Analytical SFC Method Station with the unique ability to isolate and collect less than 1 gram of specific compounds.

The software features comprehensive graphical instrument control and chromatography tools. The intuitive interface is easy to use and allows the user to be productive by using default settings or invoking commonly used or specialized methods. The user can program pressure and flow gradients within a method while selecting different solvents as a co–solvent to carbon dioxide. The integrated autosampler control allows repeated injections from the same well–plate or vial location while allowing priority to be assigned during a run. A detailed chromatogram report can be automatically generated per injection and printed if required and is stored electronically for retrieval at any time. User management and customizations provide security and audit trails for runs. The standardized data export capabilities allow sharing and archival capability to major databases or data management software.
